I help cultivate habits for navigating stress that are:

accessible
collaborative
alchemical
solid, flexible, standalone practices
complementary to existing therapy practices
founded in comfort, support, and ease
While effects can feel therapeutic, my services are not interchangeable with:
therapy services
trauma-healing
life-coaching
group therapy
These practices focus on stabilizing and mental/emotional triage in moments of stress in order to reconnect with a sense of safety, comfort, and rootedness. They are not a substitute for long-term processing of trauma.
Here’s what we aren’t doing:
out-of-body experiences
spiritual bypassing
trauma-bonding
get-healed-quick "shortcuts"
stress-shaming
toxic positivity (aka dismissal)
practices requiring you to barrel through discomfort
practices that ignore the socio-political realities of living within systems of oppression
